  • the digital product has been delivered (via email, user account, or direct download).

This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once access or delivery has been granted.

  • resolve the technical issue,
  • re-deliver the product, or

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • duplicate charges for the same order,
  • delivery of an incorrect digital product,
  • a technical issue caused by us that permanently prevents use of the product and cannot be resolved.
